Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, making sure to remove or cover any old shipping labels.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
